Permai Polyclinics Portal

Objective

To develop one centralized web-based information system, which will be used by Permai Polyclinics staff in dealing with their daily administrative work/activity. This system consists of documents library (leave application forms, job application form, personal information sheet, etc…), staff photos, organization chart information, company logo, birthday list, external email list, public calendar, etc. The list goes on and there is no limitation of what information can be put in.

With this system, every data will be centralized on one place and everyone (staff, HQ and branches) will have access to the system anywhere and anytime provided they have the approved authentication given from the ICT department.
