Problem part is on php.ini file which is part of your php installation folder. Open php.ini with text editor Find the part ";extension=php_mcrypt.dll". Take off the ; so it would be now "extension=php_mcrypt.dll". Restart the server and you are good to go! When you install phpMyAdmin and php you may see this error message on your phpMyAdmin homepage.
